Revenge, a Dish Best Served with a Heaping Pile of Rock and a Dash of Soul
The Architects have once again saved Rock N Roll. Their sophomore album is the best album titled Revenge since 1989's Allroy's Revenge (Speaking of Allroy's Revenge, Scott Reynolds has a song up at www.scottreynoldsmusic.com called None of this is Funny so check it out). Anyway, I had to download revenge today off of www.downloadpunk.com because I can't wait for the album to come in the mail. It should be here in physical form in a few days.
Excuse me for a second, the cat just puked on the carpet and my Boba Fett watch that was laying on said carpet, and I have to clean it up. Sorry about that, I am resuming this post five days after I started writing it cause I got a little side tracked, but I did spend all that time away listening to The Architects new album Revenge which this post is about. This album just gets better and better after each listen. I loose my voice singing along to the lyrics I now know in the car on my way to work and back each morning and night. If you do not yet own this album, WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU!!! Maybe you didn't know it was out yet. In that case, I forgive you, and now you know so go buy it. Stand out tracks are Reciprocity, Badge, Grace, Widow's Walk, Body Armor, Revenge, pretty much every single track on this album. We also get to again hear the one and only Zach Phillips on Vocals once again on Tempt Me Fate and Live Forever. There also is a fantastic article about the Architects at http://www.pitch.com/Issues/2006-02-23/music/interview.html so check that out, and pick up this album you will not regret it.
Until next time,
Benjamin out

Sweet. I'm gonna download it now, because I don't feel like ordering the physical album right now. I'll wait til they tour to pick that up. But yeah. I'm downloading it now. I already know it rules, though.
I'll be getting my copy shortly. Sha-weeet.
In a perfect world, these guys would be selling out the Resch Center, and Lil' Kim would be cleaning their toilets.
I know you two already know this album rules, but this post is for the "thousands" of "other people" who visit this site each day.
It may be a little early, but I think this may be the best album of 2006 unless by some freak chance the ALL instrumental album would come out this year.
