2743 American Soldiers have died in Iraq. On this Memorial day, my sympathies go out to their families, and I hope the rest of the soldiers over there will be able to come home soon.
How come no more than 4 days ago on NPR they said that we had reached the landmark of 2500 dead soldiers in Iraq? It was 2500 Americans, 8000-9000 Iraqi soldiers, and 30,000+ civilians.
