I think it has to do with the whole 'sleeping before and after work' thing. You should just sleep from 12:30pm to 7pm and be completely nocturnal outside of work.
Regardless, your body is going to need a week or 2 to get on track, but it'll seriously get better eventually. Keep 'yer head up.

I don't know who Leigh Mills. I didn't formally meet Charlie Shortino. but I did point a camera at him a couple of times.
I try to go to bed at around 8:30 and i get up in the afternoon at around 4. my body is so f'ed up right now. I feel like a zombie 24/7
